Job summary

Nova Ventura seeks an experienced Solution Architect to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions across cloud, SaaS, and data platforms. • Strong foundation in application design, data modeling, and systems integration.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

What will you do?

As a Solution Architect, your role involves:

• Translate business and functional needs into scalable, integrated technology solutions.
• Design solution architectures that align with enterprise frameworks, existing landscapes, and transformation goals.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure feasibility, fit, and futureproofing.
• Lead solution design workshops and co-creation sessions to shape architectures across cloud, SaaS, custom apps, and data platforms.
• Provide guidance on vendor selection, integration patterns, and architecture trade-offs — from high-level vision to implementation details.

• Ability to design hybrid landscapes — blending custom-built systems with off-the-shelf SaaS (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, etc.).
• Fluent in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.) and comfortable adapting to client-specific environments.
• Experience guiding teams through RFP processes, platform evaluations, or vendor selections.
• Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complexity, facilitate decision-making, and get buy-in from business and technical audiences alike.
• Pragmatic mindset: able to balance ideal designs with budget, timing, and delivery constraints.
• Comfort working in blended, agile teams — bringing structure without slowing things down.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
