Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation is seeking an Order Processor for our European HQ in Amersfoort (NL). The role focuses on processing daily customer orders through SAP from multiple channels, ensuring accurate order flow and timely follow-up to support a smooth supply chain.

Fluency in Polish and English is required to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar Customer Service role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Fluent oral and written communication in Polish and English.
• Excellent administrative and communicative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices.
• Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow from various channels (EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone).
• Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, Credit Control) to resolve customer disputes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes.

For our Customer Service team, we are looking for an Order Processor who speaks Polish and always meets and exceeds customer expectations. With your calm personality and attention to detail, you will process the daily order flow, ensuring a smooth supply chain through order management and follow up.

Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Four teams; Order Management, Customer Relations, Master Data and Field Support, work together to support our customers throughout Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices
• Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow coming in through different channels (e.g. EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone)
• Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers
• Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputes
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes

What you bring
