Wolters Kluwer, via Enablon, invites an Associate Director, Data Program Management to lead strategic programs across departments in a hybrid setup (2 days in office). The role requires driving data transformation initiatives and ensuring projects align with business objectives while delivering high standards and measurable impact.

You will guide managers and senior professionals, oversee diverse project areas, and implement frameworks for governance, budget management, and risk control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer science, data science, or related engineering field.
• Approx. 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals.
• Oversee multiple related departments or project areas.
• Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate large, multifaceted projects.
• Develop and implement strategic project management frameworks.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget management across departments.
• Establish risk management protocols and procedures.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
