Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Data Management to lead data strategy, governance and transformation programs for top clients. You will shape end-to-end data operating models, drive data quality, metadata and master data management, and advise senior clients on data-driven solutions.

You will build and mentor diverse teams, contribute to market-leading EDM offerings, and help embed data capabilities across client organizations, leveraging AI, DataOps and modern data architectures.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with preference for tech-related studies.
• At least eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading client projects end to end.
• Understanding of data strategy and governance principles.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata and master data management.
• Advised Chief Data Officers on similar projects.
• Broad network within industries.
• Ambitious, commercial and entrepreneurial.
• Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define clients’ data strategy, business case and roadmap to ensure data is managed and used as a valuable asset.
• Design a data governance operating model and set up a data management office.
• Develop end-to-end processes to raise and resolve data quality issues.
• Assess vendors and implement data tooling and methods to support client strategies.
• Lead projects to embed data operating models and governance in client organisations.
• Apply knowledge of AI, DataOps and Data Mesh.
