Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a comparable retail leadership role.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all store areas, including Front of House and Back of House.
• Identify and communicate sales targets to the team.
• Motivate and develop team members for outstanding performance.
• Ensure operational excellence in stock management and product flow.
• Provide premium customer service to enhance consumer shopping experience.
