Job summary

Nike Muiden is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver world-class service and support store operations in the Netherlands. The role involves engaging customers, handling transactions, stocking and replenishing goods, and building visual displays on the shop floor.

You will work with store leaders and fellow team members to ensure a premium brand experience, while staying informed about Nike products, services, and sales trends. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and premium brand experience.
• Assist store leaders and coaches in training new employees.
• Support multiple store departments: cash handling, goods flow, and displays.
• Create a bridge between online and offline sales in-store.
• Inform customers about Nike products and services and stay updated on trends.

Nike Muiden is looking for the next part time Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

What you bring:

• Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees
• Supporting various store departments (e.g. operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge for digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services
• Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek for more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to effectively communicate in English. (Please provide your resume in English)
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
