Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) seeks an ambitious Assistant Professor in Experimental Fluid Dynamics to advance research in transport phenomena and multiphase systems. You will establish an independent program, develop advanced diagnostics, and collaborate with leading researchers in chemical engineering.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or closely related discipline; postdoctoral experience advantageous.
• Proven track record of high-quality publications, invited talks, awards or grants.

Responsabilités

• Lead and establish an innovative experimental research program in multiphase reactive flows.
• Develop and apply advanced measurement and imaging techniques (PIV, MRI, DIA) for flow diagnostics.
• Supervise and mentor BSc, MSc, EngD, PhD candidates and postdocs; publish in leading journals.
• Initiate collaborations and secure external funding for international research projects.
• Contribute to teaching and curriculum development within the department.
