Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• Able to lead an international housekeeping team while actively working alongside them on the floor.
• Responsible for placing and managing orders and monitoring stock levels.
• Experience in onboarding new colleagues and providing training to elevate team performance.
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Flexible and available for morning and weekend shifts, and living in (or near) Amsterdam.
• Guest-focused, hands-on, and able to maintain a clear overview in a dynamic work environment.
