Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, invites you to join our Banqueting team to deliver memorable events for guests. You will prepare rooms according to guest wishes, coordinate with the team during events and assist with meals as needed, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.

We value proactive, independent workers who manage time well, with fluency in Dutch and English and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a similar position.
• Energetic and able to inspire the team to deliver excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Set up event rooms according to guest wishes and ensure readiness down to the last detail.

• Plan and manage time efficiently to support a seamless guest experience.

Together with your colleagues you set up the rooms in the right way according to the wishes of the guests. Preparation is key, which is why you make sure everything is arranged down to the last detail. During the event you coordinate with the rest of the team, so everything goes smoothly. If everything is ready for the next day, you help your colleagues with breakfast, lunch or dinner. You are proactive, independent and can manage your time efficiently. In addition, you are good at planning and organizing!

Job Requirements

• You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably another language.
• You are flexible and also available in the evenings, weekends and on holidays.
