Zusammenfassung

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across all F&B outlets, from the restaurant and bar to room service and events.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager to develop SOPs, train staff, manage schedules, control costs, and ensure outstanding guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years' experience in F&B management, ideally in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage time, scheduling, and operational priorities.
• Experience creating and enforcing SOPs and service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, F&B software, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to bring our outlets to life every single day. From the restaurant and bar to room service and events, you’ll be hands-on in the operation— The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff, ensuring quality service, leading the team on the floor, setting the tone for service, and ensuring our guests feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for.

This role is ideal for an experienced F&B professional who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar lead role is highly preferred, as this position requires strong operational insight and confident people management.

This position is classified under the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO, Scale IX) with a starting salary from €3461.70 gross per month based on full-time employment.
