PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Management Intern for February 2027 at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience in daily operations, supporting the F&B leadership team, and helping drive guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

Based in Amsterdam, this internship offers exposure to multiple F&B concepts, with 38 hours per week, and a monthly allowance along with travel and expense coverage.

• Must be enrolled in a hospitality or hotel management program.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations across all outlets
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations

As our Food & Beverage Management Intern – February 2027, you gain insight and experience in the execution of managerial duties while working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team. The wide variety of our Food and Beverage concepts gives you the opportunity to broaden your horizon as you contribute to daily operations, team coordination, and commercial performance, ensuring smooth service delivery and memorable guest experiences.

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Passion for food, drinks, and guest service
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Availability for an internship of at least 5 months
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience or strong interest in Food and Beverage or hospitality
• Interest in management and leadership development
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Commercial awareness and interest in driving sales
• Dutch or any additional language is an advantage
