Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the guest experience in the Vermeer dining room. You will bridge kitchen and service teams to deliver refined menus and wine pairings in a luxury hotel setting.

Join our team to drive exceptional hospitality, uphold brand standards, and create unforgettable evenings for international guests. English proficiency is required; Dutch language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in a fine dining setting
• MBO Level 4 Hotel Management or equivalent
• Wine certifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Good English; Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and connect kitchen and service teams to craft memorable dining moments.
• Collaborate with Chef on refined menus and wine pairings to surprise guests.
• Ensure consistency in hospitality standards and drive exceptional service at Vermeer.
