Real I.S. Group is expanding its team in the Netherlands, focusing on the management of Dutch commercial properties across office, retail and logistics. The role includes developing property and rental strategies and actively participating in acquisitions and value enhancement.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in economics or related fields, Dutch and English fluency, and proven asset or property management experience. A professional, analytical and collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, law, architecture or similar qualification, ideally real estate-related.
• Several years of professional experience in property or asset management.
• Extensive knowledge of the Dutch property market (different asset classes).
• Profound knowledge of real estate KPIs and procedures.
• Excellent proficiency of Dutch and English; German appreciated.
• Analytical, conceptual thinking with fast comprehension and structured work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Intercultural competence and good manners.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks
