Job summary

Momi seeks a Property Manager based in the Netherlands to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This long-term assignment offers an on-site role within an international environment and a chance to influence asset performance from launch onwards.

You will coordinate on-site teams, manage leases and tenant relationships, monitor budgets and service charges, and report operational results to owners. Dutch and English language proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Experience managing office or tertiary assets.
• Strong lease administration and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English (B2) required.
• Dutch required (local language).
• Knowledge of Yardi (or an equivalent software) would be appreciated.

We are opening a great opportunity based in the Netherlands.

On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in Property Management, we are looking for a Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in the Netherlands.

Location: Netherlands (on-site)

Long-term assignment (with possibility of extension)
