Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to support its Netherlands portfolio from Amsterdam. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will assist in actively managing assets, driving value-add initiatives, and coordinating with external advisors to enhance financial and sustainability performance.

The role covers office, retail, light industrial and logistics assets, requiring hands-on refurbishment and repositioning experience and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

Relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management in the Netherlands.
Hands-on experience in asset refurbishment or repositioning projects; energy saving measures beneficial.
Familiarity with Net Zero Carbon Pathway, EPC and Green Building certificates.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement value and sustainability enhancement strategies for assets.
Develop sustainability measures for each asset to obtain Green Building Certifications.
Oversee third-party property managers and project teams.
Negotiate leasing and maintain tenant relationships.
Prepare asset/business plans and budgets and monitor progress.
