AgXeed B.V. is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble agricultural machinery and components from technical drawings. You’ll work with colleagues to deliver a high-quality finished product in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has a practical mindset, strong eye for detail, and enjoys solving challenges in a team. The position offers daytime hours and a pathway to a permanent contract within a dynamic, innovative company.

Qualifications

• VMBO/MBO level of education or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Technical understanding and an interest in mechanics and hands-on technical work.
• Able to read technical drawings and work with tools and machinery.
• Able to work accurately with a strong eye for quality.
• Flexible and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machines and components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Install mechanical components using tools and equipment.
• Check assemblies for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure assembled machines meet quality standards.
• Identify deviations and discuss them with your supervisor.
• Work closely with the production team.
• Contribute ideas to improve the production process.
• Continue to develop your skills through training and courses.
