Job summary

Aerox, based in Vleuten, Netherlands, is seeking an Assembly Mechanic to build and test air treatment units. You will assemble, connect and verify complete units, following strict quality procedures and drawings, to ensure reliable solutions for customers worldwide.

You will join a hands-on team that values attention to detail, safe work practices and a proactive, learning mindset, with opportunities to grow technical skills and contribute to final product quality every day.

Qualifications

• Technical affinity and hands-on mindset.
• Experience with assembly (mechanics or electrical) preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete Aerox units according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly activities.
• Test completed units using checklists and quality procedures.
• Identify and report assembly or quality issues when needed.
• Prepare subassemblies for Operations and Service activities.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with materials, logistics, and inventory as needed.
• Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality products.

Job requirements

• Technical affinity and an interest in hands-on work
• Experience with assembly (mechanics or electrical work is a plus)
• Able to work accurately and follow instructions
• Comfortable working with tools and technical equipment
• Physically able to lift and move components when required

• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
