Job summary

HuizingHarvest seeks an agrotechnical mechanic to work on tractors, harvesters, and forage machines across the Netherlands and abroad, performing assembly, commissioning, modifications and service tasks.

You should have an MBO level 4 technical education (agricultural mechanisation or mechanical engineering), prior agricultural mechanic experience, strong technical and problem‑solving skills, and good English; travel willingness and a Category B driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic in the agricultural sector is required.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Good command of English; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Work on tractors, combine harvesters, and forage harvesters for multiple brands in the Netherlands and abroad.
• Perform assembly, commissioning, modifications, and service work.
• Test, inspect and modify machines on-site as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers (manufacturers, dealers, or agricultural businesses).
• Follow client procedures and work on-site or from the Emmen workshop (NL).
