Job summary

Atlas Risk Solutions in Aruba is seeking an experienced Account Manager to acquire new B2B clients and nurture existing relationships. You will grow the client portfolio and strengthen Atlas as a boutique broker in the Caribbean market.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Fluency in Dutch, English, and Papiamento is required; experience with insurance software like ANVA is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a commercial/insurance field.
3+ years in sales or account management, preferably in insurance.
Strong communication, relationship-building and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Acquire new B2B clients and expand the Aruba client portfolio.
Maintain and strengthen relations with existing clients through visits and ongoing contact.
Identify market opportunities and develop new collaborations.
Collaborate with Back Office to ensure excellent service.
Be part of the Commercial Team within Atlas Risk Solutions.
