Job summary

Atlas Risk Solutions, Aruba-based, seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client partnerships in the Caribbean. You will manage relationships, coordinate CRM data, and support account managers with quotations and policy documents.

Role also involves coordinating claims, invoicing, and collaboration with insurers and the finance team, ensuring high service standards for our brokerage clients in Aruba and the wider region.

Qualifications

• HBO-level thinking and working.
• At least 1 year in the insurance industry.
• Assurantie B or WFT certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ANVA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch and Papiamento.
• Strong customer-focused commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Update and verify client data in the CRM.
• Serve as first point of contact for clients.
• Assist account managers with quotations, contracts, and policy docs.
• Coordinate claims and co-insurance with insurers.
• Process invoices and support finance with payments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the finance team.
