Job summary

EMS Electro Medical Systems GmbH is seeking a GBT Expert in field service for The Netherlands (South region). You will consult and sell high-quality dental devices, maintain relationships with dentists and dealers, and develop new customers while educating stakeholders on Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT).

You will present innovations at customer sites, regional events, and trainings, and support local distributors.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; professional Dutch language skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated consultative sales experience in medical/technical fields is preferred.
• Hunter-type mindset with proactive prospecting and closing deals.
• Able to understand and communicate EMS GBT concepts to customers.
• Team player with professional, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult and sell EMS devices and systems for dental practices in the Netherlands.
• Maintain relationships with dentists and dealer network; develop new customers.
• Build a network of dealerships/partners; educate on Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT).
• Present product innovations on-site and at regional/national events; train distributors.

Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for consulting and selling high-quality devices and systems for dental practices in your sales area.
• In your region you maintain resident dentists and the existing, very good dealer network of dental specialist shops.
• Develop and manage new customers, build and maintain a personal network of dealerships / partners / OEM partners.
• Communicate and educate on our Guided Biofilm Therapy method (GBT).
• Present product innovations at the customer's site and represent our company at regional and national trade fairs, congresses and professional trainings.
• Conduct smaller workshops on a regional level and support local distributors.

The Job Requirements:

• Ideally, you have a background in dentistry, medical technology or business administration
• You have relevant professional experience in consultative sales
• You are a hunter-type: you enjoy prospecting, proactively approach new customers, and persist relentlessly until the deal is closed.
• At best, you are familiar with the areas of dental hygiene or prophylaxis and familiar with the Dutch dental market
• You can identify very well with the EMS concept of Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and our high-quality products
• Strong communicator, skilled in dealing with demanding target groups
• Your approach is always positive, results and solution oriented
• Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and acting - strong deal-orientation
• Quick comprehension skills and direct transfer of acquired knowledge from sales and product trainings
• A team player who is inspirational and professional, self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude
• Proactive, independent and careful way of working
