What you will do:

• Outbound (phone, Emails, and WhatsApp) contact potential patients;
• Direct communication with financial institutions to negotiate and provide the patients with the best payment options;
• Collection management and recovery;
• Recaption of older leads to transform into new sales;
• Work with your manager and teammates to improve our processes, we do care about your ideas!

What do you need to be successful in this position:

• Native or Bilingual level of Dutch;
• At least 1 year experience in closing B2C Sales;
• Good command of IT skills and cloud service;
• Nice to have: experience in the dental sector.
• Full-time contract (we're not looking for P-Time availability)
• Hybrid work: schedule mixed between remote and on-site work in our clinic in Eindhoven and other locations in the Netherlands.
