Job summary

IFS is hiring to advance intelligent enterprise software. You will design and implement the session context, document grounding, and agentic workflows that power AI-driven experiences across structured and unstructured data.

The role emphasizes multi-step orchestration, secure data handling, and scalable cloud-native delivery. You will work with Go and Python, integrating GenAI pipelines, evaluation metrics, and tool usage to ensure robust autonomy in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with S2S integration using n8n/Temporal or MuleSoft/Apache Camel/Bo​omi.
• Proficient in Go and Python with production-grade software experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build multi-tenant SaaS and AI-native products.
• Experience with GenAI, including RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build the session and context spine: persistence, resumption, hand-over with the reasoning trail intact.
• Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents.
• Create document intelligence over manuals, drawings, directives and contracts.
• Orchestrate multi-step workflows with tools and human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Handle speech and images alongside text as input modalities.
• Develop evaluation harnesses as gatekeepers for autonomy claims.
• Build language interfaces over scheduling and optimisation engines.
• Collaborate with security to ensure data handling, guardrails and residency.
