Job summary

Invisix is seeking an Application Team Lead in Eindhoven to act as the technical face of the company for demo and application engagements. You will plan, coordinate a small team of Application Engineers, and remain hands-on when needed to deliver customer-focused solutions.

With 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, you will translate customer needs into concrete plans, guide the team, and travel internationally about once or twice per quarter to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience leading proof-of-concepts or evaluations with customers.
• Translating customer needs into software/hardware requirements.
• Ability to coordinate engineering teams and prioritize for the customer.
• Willing to travel internationally about once or twice a quarter.
• Active use of AI tooling to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between customers' technical teams and Invisix on demo and application engagements.
• Lead the activities of the Application team, turning customer requests into concrete execution plans.
• Coordinate the team day to day: prioritize and unblock the engineers' work, own the schedule, ensure follow-ups.
• Mentor and support the Application Engineers in their everyday work.
• Contribute hands-on to executing plans and assisting with tasks when needed.
• Present results and insights to customers and report status to management and customers' technical representatives.
• Represent the Application team when roadmap items are prioritized at program and company level.
