Job summary

Inventronics seeks a Field Application Engineer for the Benelux region, based in Tilburg, NL. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, support cross‑functional teams, and drive product improvements through hands‑on measurements, testing and training.

You will engage with customers, manage end‑to‑end service delivery, and contribute to technical campaigns and material creation. Travel regionally may be required, with a strong emphasis on English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technical support or application engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English, good cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and monitor projects via CRM.
• Assist customers with digital tools (eCatalog, eShop, configurators).
• Manage end-to-end delivery of paid services from quotation to execution.
• Contribute to sales and product support materials (presentations, manuals, drawings).
• Support regional activities and knowledge sharing.
