Job summary

pladis is seeking an Application Services Coordinator (ASC) to manage a portfolio of business applications within the Europe landscape from our on-site team in Zaandam, The Netherlands. You will act as SME for core applications, coordinating support, vendors, and change delivery to ensure availability and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers to optimize processes, improve user experience, and support governance requirements

Qualifications

• Years of experience in Application Management or Business Applications Support.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and working with third-party vendors.
• Experience coordinating system enhancements, releases, or application-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation and performance of assigned applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate vendor performance and service levels.
• Support upgrades, releases, and change requests.
• Ensure governance and security compliance.
