Job summary

SeraNovo, a Leiden-based pharmaceutical formulation company, is seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our hands-on team. The role blends analytical work with responsibility for organising and running the laboratory efficiently.

Approximately 75% of the time is devoted to analytical tasks, with 25% focused on equipment, systems and laboratory coordination. You will develop UPLC methods, validate them, and support stability studies while collaborating across development projects.

Qualifications

• Develop UPLC methods for small-molecule drug substances and formulations.
• Conduct method verification and validation activities.
• Perform analytical testing for formulation-development and stability studies.
• Process, review and interpret analytical data.
• Prepare clear and accurate analytical documentation.

Responsibilities
