Job summary

Organon is seeking a Senior Technician, Quality to conduct physical and chemical analyses, review results, and independently plan and prioritize workload within the team. The role involves developing and executing non-standard analytical approaches across diverse techniques, with strong Dutch and English communication.

You will perform complex analyses, review results, prepare reports, and support GMP documentation while contributing to continuous QC improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Hands-on with a wide range of analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex routine and non-routine analytical testing.
• Conduct analyses of APIs, raw materials, reference standards, and other samples.
• Review and approve analytical results.
• Prepare and review protocols and reports.
• Identify and initiate investigations of deviations.
• Update GMP documentation.
• Support release and stability testing activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QC processes.
• Train laboratory personnel on QC procedures.
• Respond to audits.
• Comply with GxP and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
