Job summary

Organon LLC is seeking an Associate Specialist Analytical Method Validation (AMV) to coordinate and prioritize analytical testing activities, review results, and prepare validation protocols and reports. The role may include hands-on testing and leading validation projects, with strong emphasis on QA compliance and scientific rigor.

The candidate should have a HBO-level degree in Analytical Chemistry, at least five years in an analytical lab, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Analytical Chemistry or a related field.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Experience with analytical method validation and verification is highly desirable.
• Serves as an analytical/technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge of analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and priorities to ensure testing activities are completed and reported within timelines.
• Execute, review, and approve validation and verification activities.
• Prepare validation protocols and validation reports.
• Review and approve analytical results, protocols, and reports.
• Occasionally perform analytical testing depending on team capacity.
• Train laboratory personnel in QC procedures and protocols.
