Job summary

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Dutch, has at least a year of customer service experience, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service and/or telemarketing.

Responsibilities

• Use our internal database to promote Language Study Abroad Programs.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound tele‑promotion calls.
• Motivate yourself and team to reach promotion goals.

Skills

Working fluency in English

Full fluency in Dutch

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude

1+ years’ experience in customer service and/or telemarketing
