Education First in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Coordinator to promote Global EF Language Abroad programs. You will engage with potential students via phone and email, guiding them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing, be fluent in English and Dutch, and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluent in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell language study abroad programs using our internal database.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound tele-promotion calls.
• Build relationships with prospective students at fairs and universities.

Skills

Working fluency in English

Full fluency in Dutch
