Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service and/or Telemarketing.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Promote Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students.
• Maintain high-volume outbound tele-promotion calls.
• Build relationships with global Promotion and Campus Teams.
