As a Sales Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Amsterdam and Global Sales Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.
This position is ideal for candidates with initial work experience who are ready to take the next step in building their corporate career.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sell language study abroad programs using our internal database to sustain a successful long‑term promotion strategy.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound tele‑promotion calls daily to potential students, ensuring excellent communication.
- Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude (team spirit).
- Build relationships with prospective students at fairs and universities throughout the year (relationship building).
- Collaborate with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience (teamwork).
- Work fully on‑site, collaborating in person to enhance creativity, spontaneous exchange of ideas, and team cohesion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Full fluency in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).
- Full working rights in the Netherlands.
- Someone who is detail‑oriented with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service and/or telemarketing.
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
- All additional languages are a plus.
