Job summary

INDG in Amsterdam is seeking an hands-on IT generalist to own day-to-day technical reality. You will support colleagues across Amsterdam, Romania, remote teams, and third-party partners while modernising IT operations in a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment.

You will work with IT managers in the Netherlands and Romania; troubleshoot, document, improve runbooks, manage assets and licences, and help ensure the infrastructure behind CGI, 3D, and visual production remains reliable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in comparable IT support roles.
• Solid administration of M365, Exchange, Azure and Entra ID.
• Comfort with Windows, macOS; Linux is acceptable and CLI is used when needed.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is useful but not required.
• Strong documentation and ability to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own support across people, devices, and access for onsite and remote staff.
• Set up laptops and workstations; manage onboarding/offboarding and asset records.
