Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam Zuid invites you to join as an Internship in Meeting & Events Management. You will help turn group bookings into memorable experiences, working closely with guests, organizers, and hotel teams to plan and execute events with detail and care.

During your internship you will support planning, proposals and follow-up, coordinate with different departments, and help ensure every event runs smoothly while learning operational and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an educational institution during the internship.
• Interest in meetings and events with a service mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support group bookings and coordinate meetings and events.
• Provide information to guests, organizers and colleagues.
• Work with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly.
• Assist with proposals, administration and follow-up.
• Support quality checks, after-sales activities and revenue-related tasks.
• Play a key role in the daily operations and client relationships to maximize event sales.
