Job summary

Yonder is building the financial membership of the future in Amsterdam. This hands-on, in-person Community & Partnerships Manager role focuses on forming local relationships with restaurants, bars, and hospitality brands to drive member value and growth.

You will operate between the city-centre office and partner sites, speaking Dutch with local venues and collaborating with the UK team to align on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on, externally facing role connected to Amsterdam’s hospitality scene.
• Experience working with local venues, operators or communities.
• Ability to build relationships and convert them into partnerships or member benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events and partner gatherings from start to follow-up.
• Identify, assess and prioritise restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands for partnerships.
• Turn partnerships into activations, referrals or member benefits with clear commercial value.
• Maintain the community calendar and partner pipeline, coordinating outreach and logistics.
• Review event performance, extract learnings, and advise on repeat or change.
• Collaborate with the Netherlands Market Lead and the UK Partnerships team for feedback and alignment.
