Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners from Amsterdam, with a focus on growing GMV and retention. The role requires a commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and a minimum Dutch language proficiency (B2).

You will work with onboarding, sales and support to ensure a joined-up experience while driving adoption of marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks. Basic salary is 2,800 EUR per month plus a bonus, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success or client-facing commercial role preferred, attitude and drive to succeed.
• Commercially aware and able to help customers grow and increase orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of key restaurant partners
• Grow GMV within accounts by increasing orders through app and website
• Run regular check-ins with partners and gather feedback for product and commercial teams
• Use CRM insights to spot areas for performance improvement and upsell opportunities
• Drive adoption of marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks
• Identify upsell opportunities on existing products and services
• Protect retention by spotting early risk signals and acting to prevent churn
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales and Support for a joined-up partner experience
• Measure success by GMV growth, retention, product adoption and customer satisfaction
