Job summary

Payhawk is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (French Speaking) to drive outbound prospecting and generate opportunities in the Benelux region. You will lead campaigns, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Executives, with a focus on Dutch/Flemish, French and English communication.

The role offers flexible working hours and a path to ownership in a fast-growing fintech company with offices across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ambitious and competitive with leadership potential.
• Willing to own and drive the Benelux market.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting campaigns via email, calls, and social selling.
• Follow up on demand generation campaigns to identify prospects.
• Generate prospects and manage your own pipeline for Benelux market.
• Develop new campaign ideas and test channels.
• Draw data-driven conclusions on results and learnings.
