Job summary

Mindspace in Amsterdam is seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales professional to expand relationships with existing clients and convert new leads. You will own all pre-sales and sales activities for Mindspace spaces, driving customer success and upsell opportunities.

You will qualify SMB leads, craft tailored proposals, and maintain open communication to keep deals moving. The role requires Dutch/English fluency and on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent team player.
• Experience working with various companies and stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication in Dutch and English.
• Available to work 5 days on-site.

Responsibilities

• Expand and deepen relationships with existing clients and convert new leads.
• Own all aspects of pre-sales and sales of Mindspace spaces, plus customer success and upsell.
• Qualify SMB leads, convert them to tours and closed deals.
• Provide proposals based on Mindspace guidelines and follow up with customers.
• Maintain open, ongoing communication to ensure smooth processes.
