Job summary

Everflow is seeking an Affiliate Manager with agency background to empower brands across Europe and the MENA region. Based in Amsterdam, you will coach sales and customer success teams, enable brands for success, and expertly match them with the right partners to achieve program goals.

You will navigate diverse traffic sources, adapt strategies across verticals, and bring deep EMEA market knowledge to guide clients and internal teams toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an agency role managing affiliate/partner programs.
• Must be based in Amsterdam.
• Strong understanding of partner/traffic sources (media buyers, content/review, email, coupon/deal, comparison sites, loyalty & cashback, social & native).
• Consultative mindset with a client-success focus.

Responsibilities

• Brand Enablement: work directly with EMEA brands to close the gap between expectations and what it takes to succeed.
• Sales & CSM Support: coach sales reps and CSMs on marketplace positioning and enablement tooling.
• Partner Matching: understand traffic sources and match brands with the right partners.
• Cross-Vertical Fluency: adapt affiliate strategy across GLP-1/Telehealth, Consumer Finance, Supplements, DTC/Ecom, Lead Gen.
• Local Market Expertise: bring EMEA localization and business norms insight.
