TBWA Amsterdam (MAKE) is seeking a Design-Driven Production Artist to join our fast-paced advertising team. You will move between polished digital and print-ready artwork, ensuring brand integrity and technical accuracy across campaigns.

You’ll refine typography, layout and colour, adapt assets for social, banners and presentations, and collaborate with studio, creative and account teams to deliver on time. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Artist or similar role in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong eye for design, typography, and detail.
• Balance creative judgement with technical production requirements.

Responsabilités

• Design, adapt and refine artwork across print and digital platforms, maintaining high visual quality.
• Prepare artwork for print production and pre-press with brand consistency.
• Create social media assets, digital banners, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and client use.
• Apply typography, layout, colour and image choices to elevate every deliverable.
• Collaborate with studio, creatives, and account teams to meet deadlines.
