Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking an Artworker to join the Brand & Creative team in Amsterdam. You will provide production-ready artwork from established designs, scale the design system, and extend formats while collaborating with product design and suppliers.

You’ll work closely with the Own Brand Product Designer to codify guidelines, ensuring consistency and fast delivery across multiple SKUs and formats. This role blends craft with automation and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Print production expertise including CMYK/Pantone, dielines and color control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready artwork files across packaging formats including boxes, sleeves, wraps, labels, tubes, tins, tissue.
• Extend design systems to create SKU variants and size derivatives without designer touch for every version.
• Codify design guidelines for product subcategories to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Manage artwork to supplier specifications: bleeds, colour profiles, dielines, tolerances.
• Liaise with print suppliers on technical queries and sign-off.
• Maintain and organize the own-brand artwork library and assets.
• Support the design team as the range grows.
