Job summary

Groove Digital in Amsterdam is seeking a Brand Designer to create scalable identities and design systems. You will shape logo systems, typography, color, and motion that survive real use while remaining lively across touchpoints and campaigns.

You will work in a fast-paced studio, extend into campaigns, and present decisions in business terms to founders. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a strong emphasis on craft and system thinking.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of brand or visual design experience with a portfolio showing systems, not just finished artwork.
• Strong typographic command and high-quality type treatment.
• Proficiency with Figma; familiarity with tokens, components, and auto layout.

Responsibilities

• Design identities: logo systems, typography, color, grids and motion to create cohesive brand languages.
• Build design systems and documentation in Figma so developers can implement without guesswork.
• Design for the web first and ensure system works in CMS, dark mode, and slow connections.
