Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking an Artworker to join our Brand & Creative team in Amsterdam. You’ll provide production-ready artwork and extend our design systems to create SKU variants while maintaining brand consistency.

You’ll work closely with the Own Brand Product Designer and Lead Physical Product Designer to codify guidelines and apply them independently, ensuring high-quality output while balancing speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Print production knowledge: CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed.
• Design systems: scale existing designs within guidelines.
• Attention to detail: labels, bleeds, fonts outlined.
• High-volume file management across projects.
• Collaborate with designers and flag concerns early.
• AI-assisted workflows for templates and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready artwork files across packaging formats (boxes, labels, tubes, etc.).
• Extend design systems to create new SKU variants and sizes.
• Codify design guidelines for product subcategories; ensure consistency.
• Manage artwork to supplier specs: bleeds, colour profiles, dielines, tolerances.
• Liaise with print suppliers and obtain proof sign-off with designers.
• Maintain own-brand artwork library with version control.
• Support design team as range and system grow.
