Hotelprofessionals - Moxy/Residence Inn The Hague is looking for a Bartender to create memorable guest experiences. In this full-time role, you will prepare and serve drinks, manage bar stock, and provide warm service.

Ideal candidates are energetic, guest-focused, and excited to work in a diverse team. Bartending experience is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are equally valued. The workplace promotes a learning and growth environment.

As a #Bartender, you’ll be the face of the bar, working closely with your colleagues to deliver warm service, quality drinks, and great moments for our guests. You know the basics already, what we’re looking for is someone who brings personality, teamwork, and pride to everything they do. We are looking for someone who will use their imagination and be creative in the bar.

In this role, you will:

• Create memorable guest experiences together with your team
• Prepare and serve drinks, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate
• Handle transactions using the Micros system
• Open and close shifts
• Manage stock and keep the bar organized and guest‑ready
• Work according to food safety and HACCP guidelines
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm with guests and colleagues

You:

• Are excited to work in a new, large‑scale hotel in The Hague
• Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
• A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage
• Bartending experience is a plus, but motivation and curiosity matter just as much
• Knowledge of drinks (spirits, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea) or the eagerness to learn
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are guest‑focused, energetic and solution‑oriented
• Are looking for a full‑time role
• Can provide two professional references
