Job summary

Luba zoekt een logistieke medewerker in Berkel en Rodenrijs om het logistieke proces soepel te laten verlopen. Je ontvangt goederen, controleert zendingen en verwerkt alles in het voorraadbeheerssysteem, terwijl je de voorraad up-to-date houdt en orders voorbereidt voor verzending.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en draagt bij aan kwaliteit en veiligheid in het magazijn, met ruimte om anderen te ondersteunen waar nodig. Een VOG kan vereist zijn.

Qualifications

• Je kunt fysiek intensief werk uitvoeren.
• Je hebt ervaring met administratieve taken en digitaal systeemgebruik.
• Je kunt solliciteren voor een Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Ervaring met reach trucks/heftrucks is geen vereiste maar een plus.

Responsibilities

• Je ontvangt goederen, controleert zendingen en verwerkt alles in het voorraadbeheerssysteem.
• Je houdt de voorraad up-to-date en zorgt dat materialen beschikbaar zijn.
• Je bereidt orders voor verzending voor.
• Palletzendingen worden correct samengesteld en op tijd klaargezet.
• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het magazijn door periodieke controles.
• Je ondersteunt andere operationele afdelingen wanneer nodig.

For this warm and welcoming company in Berkel en Rodenrijs, we are looking for a logistics employee who ensures a smooth logistics process. In this role, you are key to the organization’s success. Thanks to your overview and precision, colleagues can continue their work and customers receive their orders on time. You enjoy taking initiative, take responsibility, and appreciate working in a dynamic environment. Together with a small team, you work in a 3-shift system to maintain an efficient logistics process. You receive goods, check shipments, and carefully process everything in the inventory system. In addition, you keep the inventory up to date and ensure materials are available when needed. You also play an important role in preparing orders for shipment. You make sure pallet shipments are correctly assembled and ready for transport on time. Meanwhile, you keep an eye on the quality and safety of the warehouse by carrying out regular checks. Colleagues know where to find you for logistical questions. When needed, you also support other operational departments to ensure the entire process runs smoothly.

• You are able to perform physically demanding work
• You have experience with administrative tasks and are confident using digital systems
• You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Experience with reach trucks, forklifts, or articulated forklifts is not required, but a plus
