Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten in Eindhoven seeks an all-round green space worker-foreman to maintain outdoor spaces in Eindhoven and the surrounding area, working with a team of 3 to 6 colleagues. The role is outdoor and varied with visible daily results.

You carry out green space maintenance tasks, guide colleagues, and ensure health and safety rules. A driving licence B is required; BE is preferred or you are willing to obtain your trailer licence.

Qualifications

• You hold a driver's licence (B). BE is preferred, or you're willing to obtain your trailer licence;
• You have knowledge and skills in green space maintenance (vocational level 2);
• You hold a certificate for brushcutters and chainsaws, or you're willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all kinds of tasks related to green space maintenance and landscaping using the necessary tools and machinery;
• Occasionally provide technical guidance to colleagues and hired personnel, and act as the first point of contact in the absence of the Working Foreman;
• Monitor compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and involve the Working Foreman when necessary.

Are you the all-round green space worker-foreman we're looking for?

Working for our client, you'll ensure excellent green space maintenance in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. You'll do this together with a team of 3 to 6 colleagues. Your work is nicely varied, takes place outdoors, and shows visible results every day.

Your tasks will look like this:

• You carry out all kinds of tasks related to green space maintenance and landscaping. You use the necessary tools and machinery for this;
• You occasionally provide technical guidance to colleagues and hired personnel, and you're the first point of contact in the absence of the Working Foreman;
• You monitor compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and involve the Working Foreman when necessary.

Besides a passion for green spaces and an eye for people, do you recognize yourself in the following profile?

We offer you a good employment benefits package and an extensive onboarding programme. This way, you'll get to know our client well and quickly feel at home. You'll immediately receive a 36-hour contract for one year. If you perform well, you'll be offered a permanent contract. With this, you'll earn between €2,316 and €3,214 gross per month. In addition, we also offer you the following:

• A freely spendable amount of 17.05% of your gross salary, to be used for payout or leave;
• 28 holiday days per year (based on 36 hours);
• Healthcare insurance allowance of €296 per year;
• The option to participate in the bicycle plan;
