VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a working foreman for green spaces to lead a team of 6–8 in maintenance and development of staff. You will guide colleagues and participate hands-on in daily green space work, with initial onboarding across departments before settling a fixed crew.
You will also supervise quality, contribute sustainable methods, handle project administration, and support QHSE policy while managing a 36-hour workweek and a trajectory toward permanent employment.

You will guide employees with a distance to the labor market
You will provide technical guidance and monitor the quality of the work
You will actively participate in green space maintenance yourself
You will contribute ideas on sustainable and ecological working methods
You will handle the administration of your projects
You will contribute to the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policy
You have a vocational (MBO) level 3 or 4 education, preferably in a green-related field
You have experience guiding or supervising employees
You have an affinity for people in a vulnerable position in the labor market
You are independent, responsible, and practically minded
You are digitally skilled (Microsoft Office)
You have a driver's license category B (category E is a plus)
You will receive a contract for 36 hours per week
You will earn a salary between €2,564 and €3,696 gross per month
You will receive a 17.05% allowance on your worked hours, which you can use as a personal choice budget
You will receive 28 vacation days per year based on 36 hours
You will receive a healthcare insurance allowance of €296 per year
You can make use of a bicycle plan
You will start with a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
