Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a dedicated supervisor for outdoor green space maintenance in the Eindhoven area. You will lead a small team, guide colleagues, and ensure high quality, sustainable upkeep of city spaces while modeling professional development and safe practices.

Do you want to work outdoors in green spaces, while also making a real difference for people? In this role, you combine hands-on craftsmanship with guidance and support. This way, you contribute daily to a more sustainable, greener city, as well as to the development of colleagues who could use some extra support.

Together with your team, you ensure that the city’s green spaces are well-maintained, future-proof and ecologically strong. You work in a dynamic environment and make a visible difference for the city and for the people you work with.

You lead a team of 6 to 8 colleagues on a daily basis and actively participate in the green maintenance work yourself. Your focus is not only on the work itself, but especially on the people.

• You guide and motivate colleagues with a support need in their development toward the labor market
• You ensure quality and sustainable green maintenance
• You help think of smart, ecological working methods
• You monitor the progress, quality and safety of the work
• You handle the related administration
• You actively contribute within the team of supervisors

You're someone who gets energy from guiding others and stands firmly on your own two feet.

• Vocational education level 3 or 4, preferably in green space maintenance
• Demonstrable experience in guiding or supervising people
• You are independent, proactive and responsible
• You have an eye for both quality and people
• Digitally skilled (including Microsoft Office)
• Driver’s license B
• You speak and understand the Dutch language
