VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a working foreman in greenery maintenance for the Sittard region. You will lead a team of at least two assistant gardeners, directing tasks and ensuring high-quality maintenance across public gardens and parks.

You report to the supervisor and coordinate with the district manager. You enjoy leading by example, working safely with tools like brushcutters and hedge trimmers, and you are the first point of contact on site.

• Lead and guide a team of at least 2 assistant gardeners
• Strong communication with colleagues and supervisors
• Reliable with relevant work experience
• VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a working foreman in greenery maintenance. In this role, you are responsible for directing and guiding a great team of at least 2 assistant gardeners. Together with your team, you go out to make sure your maintenance district looks its very best. You direct your team and ensure the work is done properly. Together you make sure the grass really is greener. Besides carrying out assigned tasks, you are also alert yourself to spots where maintenance is needed. You raise these observations during the meeting with the district manager, so that action can be taken. Once a job is done, you report to the supervisor. Good communication skills are therefore important, both towards your colleagues and towards supervisors.

On top of that, you're always eager to roll up your sleeves and pick up the brushcutter yourself, get to work with the hedge trimmer, or start working with a hoe. You lead by setting a good example. Seeing immediate results from your work is what makes you feel good.
